Refund & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, the following exchange policy strictly applies.
General Policy
• All handmade dresses are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
• Only a limited range of ready to wear formal dresses are eligible for exchange, and only under specific conditions listed below.
• Thread & Trends reserves the right to refuse an exchange for any reason other than those explicitly stated below.
Eligible Exchange Conditions
An exchange will be considered only if:
• The product color differs from the color selected at the time of purchase, or
• The product size does not match the size mentioned in the confirmed purchase order, or
• The item delivered does not match the order description.
No exchange will be accepted for any other reason, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Preference issues
• Style dislikes
• Wearability concerns
• Any circumstances outside the above conditions
Exchange Request Conditions
To complete an exchange request:
• The exchange request must be initiated within 15 days from the shipping date.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and all tags and labels must be intact.
• Products must be returned from the same country/region where the purchase was made.
• Approved exchanges (due to size/color/order mismatch only) will be processed within 7–14 business days, subject to quality inspection.
• An exchange will be issued only if the item passes evaluation.
Home Collection Service
We offer a home collection option for exchange returns.
• The return/exchange shipping cost will be borne by the customer, payable at the time of pickup.
• Once the exchange request is approved, the courier will collect the item from your doorstep within 24–72 hours.
• No return label printing is required the courier will provide it.
• A purchase receipt is not mandatory for the exchange process.
